What if it doesn't work as promised?
If the pilot in step 5 doesn't show that the system takes work off people's hands, we stop. You only pay for what we delivered up to that point, not the go-live. We're as little interested as you are in pushing something live that makes no difference.
What about the code and the data?
By default we keep hosting and maintaining it. You always have access to the code and your own data. Want to take it over yourself? Then we hand over cleanly, with repository, deploy keys and documentation. Stopping with Tiкt doesn't mean starting over.
What about our customer data and GDPR?
Sensitive customer data is always hosted on EU servers, with encrypted connections, audit logs and strict access controls. Which models or tools we layer on top we decide together, transparent about what runs where. We sign a standard data processing agreement and can work with your own GDPR requirements and audits.
Can we stop in between?
Yes. After each phase (discovery, design, build, test) there's a natural stopping point. You only pay for the work up to that moment. No exit fee, no penalty clause.
How much of our time does this take per week?
On average 1 to 2 hours per week during the engagement. Mostly during the weekly contact (1 hour) and in the discovery phase (a handful of colleagues each available for 30 min). We respect calendars, not the other way around.
What happens if you stop tomorrow?
The system keeps running. Code, data and hosting are yours. You receive standard documentation that an average developer can pick up. Tiкt is a partner, not a single point of failure.
